World Day Against Trafficking in Persons

An Online Awareness Program on the topic of "Human Trafficking" was organized by Sr.Isabella. Dr. Devasitham, an expert in the field of Anti-Human Trafficking with over 17 years of experience, was the chief guest.
He created awareness of the plight of human trafficking victims and how they can protect their rights. He also provided a comprehensive overview of human trafficking, including domestic and international trafficking, identification and tracking methods, and rescue strategies.
In addition, he shared a compelling video on human trafficking, highlighting the dangers of mobile phone use and how it can lead to entrapment. The program concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, allowing participants to clarify doubts and gain a deeper understanding of human trafficking.
Nearly 200 people joined this online program and benefited from the insightful information provided.
